Henry Radford HINSON was born 3 December 1844 in Greene County, NC, the son of Jesse HINSON and Sarah.
He married Martha Ann GAY, daughter of Bryant Richard GAY Sr. and Matilda WEBB, on 11 January 1877. They had the following children:
